Lead Rule Compliance Advisor HelpIntroductionThe Lead Rule Compliance Advisor (or the "Advisor") includes an applet, or a computer program embedded in a webpage. On some screens, this applet will appear in a rectangle-shaped window with a grey background. The applet will contain a sequence of screens with questions and prompts for your answers. Loading the AppletDepending on your connection, the Advisor may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to load. Some browsers, such as Internet Explorer 7, will not automatically run the applet, but will first require you to "Allow Blocked Content" by clicking on a prompt or toolbar; please follow these prompts in order to run the applet. You may then also be required to click on the applet once to run it (in this case, when you put your mouse over the applet you will see the message "Click to activate and use this control"). Continuing Between Applet ScreensContinuing to the next screen of the applet requires that you select one of the available answers and click the Next button. If you do not make a selection, clicking on Next will reload the screen and you will be required to select an answer before you can move on. Completing the AdvisorPlease note that you must answer all the questions asked by the Advisor in one sitting, or "session"—the Advisor does not store your answers, and if you are inactive for a long period of time you will be required to start again from the beginning.
