If you answer "Yes" to any questions, the project/activity is exempt from the Rule and you will be shown a report with further information about your exemption(s). If the project/activity is not exempt, the Advisor will determine how the Rule applies. If you are familiar with the exemptions and are confident that the project/activity is NOT exempt, you may go directly to the next section of the Advisor.
